Direct-to-Patient Recruitment Honest Broker Services
Our Honest Broker service facilitates the direct distribution of research study invitations to eligible patients through secure communication channels. This includes:
- MyChart Recruitment Service: Leveraging the MyChart patient portal, we send personalized study invitations directly to patients who meet your study’s inclusion criteria. Learn more.
- Email and Bulk Postal Mail Services: In addition to MyChart, we offer outreach via email campaigns and bulk postal mail, expanding your reach to eligible participants through multiple mediums.
Recruitment Materials Review and Design
We collaborate with study teams to create engaging, participant-focused recruitment materials for both print and digital platforms. Whether you need flyers, postcards, brochures, or social media graphics, we ensure that materials are clear, appealing to capture and maintain participant interest, and aligned with Johns Hopkins branding.
Farmer’s Market Outreach
The RIU maintains a strong community presence at Farmer’s Markets in the Baltimore area. This allows us a unique opportunity to:
- Raise awareness of clinical trial opportunities at Johns Hopkins.
- Engage directly with community members, answering questions and sharing research opportunities.
- Build trust and foster collaboration with the community by emphasizing the importance of their participation in advancing medical research.
