The ICTR Research Coordinator Support Service (RCSS) provides experienced and trained staff to support investigator initiated, federally funded or pharmaceutical sponsored studies. RCSS can assist at every stage of the research process—from feasibility assessments and site qualification visits, to day-to-day study conduct and final close-out.

In addition to comprehensive support throughout a study’s lifecycle, RCSS also offers short-term staffing solutions during periods of team transitions or extended staff leave, ensuring research continuity and preventing disruptions in study activities.

RCSS delivers flexible staffing models, offering support ranging from a few hours per week to full-time coverage. This flexibility is particularly beneficial for studies that do not require—or cannot justify the cost of—a full-time research coordinator.
