Third Thursdays with the ICTR Lecture Series

Happy New Year! We invite you to attend our first Third Thursday lecture for 2021 to learn about our Biomarker Development Metabolomics Unit. The unit provides customized metabolic approaches ranging from simple assays to high-throughput approaches.

Speaker Anne Le, MD, HDR, associate professor and director of the metabolomics facility will discuss:

• Metabolomics resources available on campus
• Feasibility and how to leverage metabolomics technologies for basic, translational and clinical research projects
• Metabolomic approaches based on specific research projects/questions, ranging from targeted metabolomics to high-throughput approaches (such as global metabolic profiling and stable isotope-13C and 15N-labeling) on a wide variety of sample types
