Project Manager, CCDA

The Core for Clinical Research Data Acquisition (CCDA) is one of ten Data Trust analytic teams responsible for assisting Hopkins researchers with accessing clinical data for research purposes. We are seeking a Project Manager who will execute project management processes and methodologies to ensure project work is delivered on-time and within budget. The Project Manager will develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date project plans and track daily operations and progress utilizing issue and project tracking software, facilitate and support meetings related to advancing project progress, manage and track resources and identify resource needs, regularly engage with internal and external stakeholders, and act as liaison between CCDA staff and clients when needed.

This position will also follow all applicable institutional policies and State and Federal regulations for privacy, security, and the conduct of human subject research.

CCDA Data Navigator, Casual

We are seeking an CCDA Data Navigator Casual position who will be responsible for leading data analytics and additional support of performance measures, ongoing measurement, data collection, reporting, data visualization, and information dissemination. Is subject matter data expert that work with complex IT solutions to solve high priority organizational analytic problems in their work area. This role involves developing and finetuning exploratory IT solutions, which includes coding, testing, debugging, designing, and implementing newly developed BI solutions. Works under the supervision of a Data Trust Analytic Team Leader or other data governance or analytic leadership appropriate for the scope of work. This supervision may be through a matrixed or direct reporting structures. This position is responsible for serving as the liaison between Clinical Research Teams and the PMAP technical teams to streamline IRB, Data Trust, data provisioning and data access experiences.

Sr. Research Program Coordinator

Position Overview: The The Sr. Research Program Coordinator will be responsible for the organization, entry, maintenance and accuracy of all clinical research data for complex and detailed clinical trials. The Sr. Research Program Coordinator will also be responsible for the identification and recruitment of study participants, including attending clinic as necessary, coordination and/or collection and analysis of data, including imaging (e.g., OCT, MRI) and specimens (e.g., blood), organizing regulatory paperwork, and assisting with manuscript preparation. The Sr. Research Program Coordinator will work directly with the principal investigators and other study coordinators to develop, amend, and execute study protocols.

NLP Software Engineer

Position Overview: The NLP Software Engineer will be responsible for extracting and transforming relevant data stored in unstructured clinical notes from electronic health information systems using Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools and techniques.

As an NLP expert, this position will interact with the Hopkins medical research community to analyze clinical text, deliver analysis results, and communicate findings. Data must be delivered in a secure manner, following all applicable institutional policies and State and Federal regulations for privacy, security, and the conduct of human subject research.
