Clinical Research for a Healthier Tomorrow: A Family Shares Their Story

We recognize the invaluable contributions of study participants, clinician investigators, and research team members who make medical advances possible.

Through clinical research, Johns Hopkins is taking discoveries from the lab to the bedside and changing lives. A recent study found that a drug used to treat asthma is also effective in treating people with multiple food allergies. Watch this inspiring video to see how that research impacted the life of one family.

The research described in the video was led by Dr. Robert Wood, deputy director of Pediatric Research and associate program director of the ICTR Clinical Research Units. To read more about the study, click here.
