Resources for Data Management, Analysis, and Sharing: BEAD Core and JHU Data Services
The support of biostatisticians, epidemiologists, data managers, and informaticists is crucial to maximizing the quality and impact of research. The Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and Data Management (BEAD) core provides essential support in study design, quantitative and qualitative analyses, statistical plans, REDCap builds, and disseminating research. JHU Data Services provides assistance with data management planning, data discovery and access, making your research materials findable and accessible, and learning about software and tools used in quantitative research. Come learn about the range of expertise and services that BEAD and JHU Data Services offer, their respective models for supporting research, and how to best engage with statisticians, data managers, and informaticians at any stage of research. JHU Data Services will also discuss NIH’s new Data Sharing Plan format starting May 25, 2026.
