Updates on ICTR Research Grants and University Guidance

Dear Investigators,

Grant funding from the NIH continues to be unpredictable. The Institute for Clinical and Translational Research is funded by several large grants from the NIH National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS). We are very pleased to report that the funds for our large grants have been received.

U Award: PI, Daniel Ford- Notice of Grant Award arrived for Year 2

K Award: PI, Khalil Ghanem- Notice of Grant Award arrived for Year 1 of new grant

Predoc T Award: PI, Meredith Atkinson- Notice of Grant Award arrived for Year 2

Postdoc T Award: PI, Clifford Weiss – Notice of Grant arrived for Year 1 of new grant

NIH Building Interdisciplinary Research Careers in Women’s Health: PI, Daniel Ford – Notice of Grant Award for renewal has arrived

The ICTR is ready to assist all research teams with their research. Please reach out as early in the process as possible. We work better together if the ICTR is involved at the application stage and the study budgets align with the research work that needs to be accomplished.
