Roybal Center Call for Pilot Project Pre-Proposals, due August 10, 2018


The Johns Hopkins Roybal Center (JHRC) is funded by the National Institute on Aging (NIA) to support the translation of behavioral and social sciences research into applied practices and programs for older adults. The theme of the JHRC is to support research aimed at strengthening informal support resources of older adults, and, when feasible, to do so using innovative methodological advances.  All NIH Roybal Centers are up for renewal at this time. The Sharing Partnership for Innovative Research in Translation (SPIRiT) is pleased to announce a new funding program that supports pilot research projects representing collaborations between investigators from at least two of the SPIRiT sites. The consortium members include: Johns Hopkins University University of Chicago University of Pennsylvania University of Pittsburgh Washington University in St. Louis Yale University All consortium members are also members of the NIH Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) program.
