The Johns Hopkins Institute for Clinical and Translational Research is hosting a free skill building workshop, Friday, December 1 from 8:30 am to 3:45 pm at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. Faculty, staff, students, patients, community board members, health care professionals and anyone with an interest in community engaged research are encouraged to attend.
The workshop will provide an introduction to community engaged research principles and offer the following skill building sessions:
- Budgeting for Community Engagement in Research
- Power Sharing and Collaboration in Community Engaged Research
- Understanding Research and the Contribution of Community Partners
