REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS
BOOST and PROPEL Awards are clinical research grants that award ICTR Clinical Research Unit (CRU) services, including research space, overnight beds, phlebotomy, specialized research nursing, and CRU-based imaging (i.e. DXA, CV core) to investigators.
BOOST Awards are intended for junior investigators while PROPEL Awards are for established investigators.
Any Johns Hopkins University faculty member interested in funding for a new or ongoing clinical research project is eligible to apply.
NEW! DORIS DUKE EARLY CLINICIAN INVESTIGATOR AWARD
The Doris Duke Early Clinician Investigator Award honors the academic achievements and potential of early career clinician scientists conducting original and rigorous clinical research projects. The grant provides scholars up to $30,000 of supplemental research funds, in direct costs, over 12 months to support awardees’ current or developing research. A second year of funding is possible depending on research progress, need for and availability of funds. In order to be eligible for the awards, applicants must have extraprofessional caregiving responsibilities.View the Call for Applications for a complete list of funding requirements.
