REGISTER
OpenSpecimen is a biospecimen information management system that serves as a scalable solution for biorepositories and also meets the needs of a broad group of investigators and biobanks.
Speakers Bob Lange and Hope Whitaker, members of the ICTR Informatics Core (i2c), will demonstrate ways OpenSpecimen can help organize, annotate and collaborate with your biospecimens along with examples of how it is actually being used.
Attendees will:
- Receive a high-level overview of OpenSpecimen functionality (biospecimen tracking, distribution, queries, etc.)
- View real-world examples of OpenSpecimen workflows used here at Hopkins.
