SUMMARY:Celebrate Rare Disease Day
DESCRIPTION:This year\, we are hosting an in-person event from 9:00 am-4:00 pm that will include a series of exciting panel discussions focused on the experiences of patients\, advocates\, researchers\, and providers in the rare disease space. There will also be a tabling event featuring local Rare Disease Patient Advocacy Groups and specialty clinics at JH and KKI that regularly see patients with rare conditions.
