Spearheaded by our Community Research Advisory Council and Community & Collaboration Core\, the Community Forum on Healthy Aging is an interactive event designed for anyone with an interest in aging well—including older adults\, caregivers\, families\, community members\, leaders\, service providers\, scientists\, and clinicians. Held each fall\, this dynamic forum offers a “hands-on” experience with fitness demonstrations\, expert-led panel discussions\, and community conversations focused on real-world health and wellness topics that matter to our communities. Our goal is to foster authentic dialogue\, community connection\, and shared strategies for staying strong\, resilient\, and healthy as we age.
