Human Subjects Research Core
The Human Subjects Research Core is designed to:
- Support human subject research at all phases of translation.
- Add value to research activities by making available dedicated staff, facilities, and experts in study implementation.
- Encourage the research career development of students, nurses, scientists, and physicians through access to resources necessary for conducting cost effective clinical and translational research of the highest possible quality.
- Educate future clinical research teams.
**Effective May 1, 2018**
As a result of a policy change from our funder, the National Center for the Advancement of Translational Sciences (NCATS), effective May 1, 2018, we will begin charging investigators for services and space provided by the clinical research untis (CRUs).
Please download the pdf below to view a list of charges that we anticipate will be in place at that time. Investigators should reference this price list to incorporate CRU charges in their grant budgets.
