Jill A. Marsteller, PhD, MPP has been involved in health services research for 17 years and is currently an Associate Professor of Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is jointly appointed in ACCM and is a member of the QSRG. She specializes in organizational theory and behavior, specifically in estimating the influence of organizational variables on quality improvement activities with a focus on the determinants of successful implementation, dissemination, and sustainability of knowledge. Felicia Hill-Briggs

Felicia Hill-Briggs is a licensed and board certified clinical psychologist with specializations in behavioral medicine, behavioral science research methodologies, and medical neuropsychology. Her NIH- and foundation-funded research focuses on the design and implementation of randomized trials of interventions promoting health behavior change and improved clinical outcomes in persons with type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, obesity, kidney disease, and related conditions. Elizabeth Selvin

Elizabeth (Liz) Selvin is an Associate Professor of Epidemiology and Medicine and a Core faculty member of the Welch Center for Prevention, Epidemiology and Clinical Research at Johns Hopkins. Selvin authored or co-authored over 95 papers in the peer-reviewed literature.  Selvin is Co-Director of the core advanced Epidemiologic Methods course in the Department of Epidemiology (Enrollment: 240) and she is Director a weekly yearlong seminar, Welch Center Research Seminar (Enrollment: 20-25).  She is an investigator of the NHLBI-funded Atherosclerosis Risk in Communities (ARIC) Study and PI of an R01 from NIDDK to investigate novel markers of hyperglycemia and their role in […]

Martin Pomper

Martin (Marty) Pomper is a Professor in the Neuroradiology Division of the Department of Radiology. He is the Director of the Small Animal Imaging Resource Program (SAIRP), Co-Director of the Johns Hopkins Center for Cancer Nanotechnology Excellence (CCNE), Co-Director of Positron Emission Tomography (PET) at Johns Hopkins and Associate Director of the In Vivo Cellular and Molecular Imaging Center (ICMIC). Clifford (Cliff) Weiss has extensive experience in the design, development, and clinical evaluation of new technologies, devices and therapeutics. He is currently a practicing interventional radiologist, Clinical Director of the Johns Hopkins Center for Bioengineering, Innovation and Design (CBID), and a translational and clinical researcher, Dr. Weiss’ clinical focus lies in vascular and interventional radiology. Barbara Slusher

Barbara Slusher is an Associate Professor of Neurology and Psychiatry and the Director of the Brain Science Institute (BSI) NeuroTranslational Drug Discovery Program. Before joining Johns Hopkins in September 2009, Dr. Slusher spent 18 years in the pharmaceutical industry holding positions at companies including ICI Pharmaceuticals, Zeneca (now Astra-Zeneca), Guilford Pharmaceuticals, MGI Pharma, and the Eisai Research Institute, with several years at the level of Senior Vice President of Research and Translational Development.
