The 2017 class of the Miller-Coulson Academy of Clinical Excellence will be inducted on Monday, April 17, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Excellence in Patient Care Symposium. The event will be held at The Johns Hopkins Hospital’s Chevy Chase Bank Auditorium in the Sheikh Zayed Tower.

The program to recognize clinical excellence began in 2006 as part of the Center for Innovative Medicine at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. It was made possible by the support of the Miller-Coulson family. Inductees are honored for their professionalism, communication skills, diagnostic prowess, depth of knowledge, ability to negotiate the health care system, passion for patient care and service as a role model to medical trainees.

This year’s inductees are:

Andrea Corse, M.D., neurology and neurosurgery

Dorianne Feldman, M.D., physical medicine and rehabilitation
