The Research Participant Community Partnership Core of the Institute for Clinical and Translational Research and the Center to Reduce Cancer Disparities are hosting a free workshop, The Nuts and Bolts of Community Based Participatory Research, on Friday, April 8, 2016.  All faculty, research staff, and community advisory board members are encouraged to attend.

The workshop will:

  • Introduce community engaged research principles
  • Illustrate how those principles are put into action
  • Offer skill-building sessions on grant writing, community boards, and research dissemination
