Need Assistance Recruiting and Retaining Study Participants?
The ICTR ORR offers a free service designed to assist Principal Investigators and Study Coordinators who are developing a plan or actively recruiting for research participants. The Office of Recruitment and Retention Consulting Service (ORRCS) provides guidance and recommendations for improving participation in your studies.
To utilize the service, simply fill out the quick and easy contact form. Once received we will:
- Contact you within 48 hours to review your request
- Assign an experienced consultant to your request
- The consultant will then contact you within a few days to set up a meeting at a time that is most convenient for you
- Consultations can be done by phone
